Terms of Service

Modventrix is a retail operations platform that brings inventory, point of sale, a branded online storefront, orders, purchasing and analytics into one system. We may update, improve or change features over time.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members' use of the Service. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

New businesses can start with a 30-day free trial with full access and no card required. At the end of the trial, you can continue on a paid plan or stop using the Service. We may change or end trial offers at any time; we will not charge you without your agreement to a plan.

After the trial, pricing is tailored to your needs — message us for a quote. Fees, billing cycle and any taxes for your chosen plan will be set out when you sign up for it. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You retain all rights to the data and content you put into the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display Customer Data so we can provide the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your Customer Data and for having any consents required from your own customers. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights using the Service;
• upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Service;
• access another tenant's data or reverse engineer the platform;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted.

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (for example, payment processors or messaging). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is owned by Modventrix and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modventrix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period where practical, after which it may be deleted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless a mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
