Yes. You can ring up, print and take payment with the connection completely down. When it comes back, everything catches up by itself and no sale is counted twice.
They are still there. Sales are kept on the till itself, so closing the tab, restarting the tablet or running the battery flat does not lose them. When the connection returns they catch up by themselves, and each one lands against the shop it was taken at.
Bring the catalogue, not the history. Products upload from the .xlsx or .xls you already have, or from an export out of the old system, and only the name is required so an untidy sheet still goes in. Old sales history stays where it is: you count what you actually hold once, and start recording from that day. Most shops are selling on it inside a week.
Any tablet, laptop or phone with a browser. A USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner that acts as a keyboard works with no setup, and most thermal receipt printers will print straight from the browser. You do not need to buy a proprietary till.
Yes. You decide what each role can see and do, so a cashier can ring up sales without seeing purchase costs, margins or supplier terms.
No. Modventrix stores your tax and NTN details on invoices, but it does not file them with FBR's e-invoicing system. If that is a legal requirement for your business today, tell us on WhatsApp before you buy.
