Purchase orders that survive contact with reality
Raise an order before the rate is agreed, which is how import actually works, then capture the price at goods receipt. The vendor is billed on what you really paid and the order is backfilled, so cost price is never a guess.
Receive by scanning, at the door
Scan cartons off the truck. Matching happens in the browser so the gun never waits on the network, and short lines are flagged while the driver is still standing there, not discovered at month end.

Modventrix Inventory is Rs 4,999 a month, billed monthly. That covers multiple warehouses, purchase orders with a supplier ledger, goods receiving with barcode scanning, a branded online store and full reporting, all on one shared stock pool with your point of sale. Local packages generally sit between Rs 2,000 and Rs 3,000 a month for a narrower feature set, mostly billing and basic stock counts.
Because it is doing more. Cheaper packages usually stop at the sale. This covers the buying side too: purchase orders, receiving against them, real cost capture and a supplier ledger, plus multi-branch stock and an online store on the same numbers. If you only need billing and a stock count, an cheaper package is the right answer and we will say so.
Yes. Products, categories, brands and customers can be imported, including from WooCommerce, so you are not retyping a catalogue to switch.
Yes, that is the point. Counter sales, online orders and WhatsApp orders all draw from one number in real time, so the last piece cannot sell twice across channels.
Not yet. Tax and NTN details are stored on invoices, but Modventrix does not currently submit invoices to FBR's e-invoicing system. If that is a legal requirement for your business today, raise it with us before you buy.
