Modventrix Inventory is Rs 4,999 a month, billed monthly. That covers multiple warehouses, purchase orders with a supplier ledger, goods receiving with barcode scanning, a branded online store and full reporting, all on one shared stock pool with your point of sale. Local packages generally sit between Rs 2,000 and Rs 3,000 a month for a narrower feature set, mostly billing and basic stock counts.
Because it is doing more. Cheaper packages usually stop at the sale. This covers the buying side too: purchase orders, receiving against them, real cost capture and a supplier ledger, plus multi-branch stock and an online store on the same numbers. If you only need billing and a stock count, a cheaper package is the right answer and we will say so.
There is no permanently free inventory plan. You get 14 days free with every feature unlocked and no card, and the WhatsApp order page stays free at Rs 0 a month after that, but it holds orders rather than stock. Free inventory packages generally cap the product count or the users, and you find the cap after you have entered your catalogue.
Yes, with any USB or Bluetooth scanner that types what it reads, which is almost all of them. Scan at the counter to ring up a sale, and scan cartons at goods receipt to check a delivery against the purchase order while the driver is still there. Products without a barcode can be given one and printed.
Yes. Products, categories, brands and customers can be imported from a spreadsheet or your current store, so you are not retyping a catalogue to switch.
Yes, that is the point. Counter sales, online orders and WhatsApp orders all draw from one number in real time, so the last piece cannot sell twice across channels.
No. Modventrix stores your tax and NTN details on invoices, but it does not file them with FBR's e-invoicing system. If that is a legal requirement for your business today, tell us on WhatsApp before you buy.
